We are a young and innovative ClimateTech Start-Up based in Hamburg, Germany building the world’s first climate adaptation management platform by translating insights from climate science and know-how from climate adaptation into climate risk and adaptation recommendations.

What responsibilities does the role have?

  • You are supporting to develop the marketing planning and strategy: overseeing all our growth and marketing efforts, ensuring we have an effective plan & strategy in place for establishing a market-fit product and hitting business growth targets
  • You create compelling, creative, and emotional content on all relevant channels (social media, ads texts, blog articles, website, etc.) through appropriate research & studies using sales psychology approaches to generate leads, increase visibility and strengthen our brand.
  • You identify, budget, plan, and prepare events, panels, and speaker slots to generate leads, increase visibility and strengthen our brand
  • You monitor, evaluate, and improve the success of our campaigns, and marketing efforts (SEO, Salesforce )to drive our long-term marketing strategy.
  • You support building up the sales team at repath from the beginning and take full ownership of your processes, ideas, and visions.
  • You develop sales standards; from offers over training to Salesforce usage as SSOT.
  • You qualify new customers independently and proactively by identifying ideal large enterprises, approaching decision-makers, and developing strategies to win them as customers.
  • You communicate learnings from customer and partner interactions to our product team and are thus a decisive factor in the further development of repath´s Saas solution.
  • You are constantly looking for improvement and growth potential related to our go-to-market strategy.

What are we looking for?

  • Your background is our second priority, what matters most is your personal match to repath and the various topics that help repath and you grow.
  • You want to be part of building up a ClimateTech Start-Up from scratch to scaling globally.
  • Preferably you have a university degree in international management, marketing, sales, journalism, communications, or other related disciplines.
  • You have preferably 2+ years of professional experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the B2B area, in sales, marketing etc.
  • You enjoy dealing with customers, are goal-oriented, and distinguish yourself through excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
  • You can translate complex scientific know-how into easy-to-understand, aggregated content that compels specific target audiences.
  • You preferably create modern and creative graphics that support the content
  • You listen and understand specific customer needs, ask the right questions, and develop the best approach to meet their requirements.
  • You are creative and use your initiatives to generate leads, convert them to customers, and develop our customer base.
  • You are self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. You understand that growth businesses are unpredictable environments and are comfortable with a degree of change
  • You speak German as a native and are fluent in English
  • You are honest and challenge us with your open feedback to constantly develop us further
  • You are a mature individual that is thriving for professional and personal growth
  • You are enthusiastic about climate risks and adaptation to climate change and want to make a positive impact on our planet

The human brain is not made for 40 hours of focused work per week. We have a full-time working time of 35 hours/week. Shorter days or weeks. Do you want to take the Friday off or work less every day? Your choice.

We offer annual dedicated training budget of 1000€.
