2019 was a fun, cheerful, and productive year for AirGuru: €7M sales turnover and 17,000 smiling tourists, all without owning any physical travel assets.

The plan for 2020 was even more ambitious, unfortunately, the reality was tasted by the sour lemons of COVID.

So, in 2021, we squeezed the remaining lemons into tequila, sprinkled salt, and a real party began - we doubled the result of the summer of 2019, and we are not going to stop as we are bringing the Lithuanian AirGuru party to the whole Baltics!

The Estonian team has already achieved incredible results since the summer of 2022, we bet that Latvian team can prove themselves too!

Maybe you are that one and only party soul who brings each party to the next level? We have such a spot for you to shine as we are currently looking for a Travel Agent to begin the AirGuru party in Latvia!

The first task is simple: answer YES to all of the following:

• You live in Latvia, speak the Latvian language, and prefer to work fully remotely.
• You could spend hours arguing why your job in tourism is the best.
• You are the walking and talking version of TripAdvisor.
• A liberal work environment without clichés, prejudices, dress codes, and micromanagement suits you.
• You always “roll up your sleeves” while “thinking outside the box” on your way to “go the extra mile” instead of dropping the clichés and just getting the work done.

Next, a quick background check:

• You have a solid experience in tourism as a travel agent;
• You know how to take different travel elements and wrap them up with a pretty bow on top to create a bundle deal worthy of its name.
• You are fluent in the Travel Business language: 2 PAX, TLL, HB, RT, CPC.
• Competent with technology – you can work the classics, and you're confident you can pick any software appropriate to your skills and experience.
• You’re so quick on your feet that the only thing you dislike about a fast-paced environment is that it’s not fast enough.
• Your job is your favorite kind of party, so you don’t mind working an occasional evening or weekend shift.

Now that you’re ready to board - let’s talk about your typical day at the office:

• You will prepare quality bundle offers for dream vacations. And by dream vacations, we mean those your customers will truly dream about long after their return.
• You will let your expert salesperson skills shine by selling said vacations. But you will do such a good job on the first point that the offers will sell themselves, so minimal salesperson duties, we guess?
• You will handle customer queries by phone with one hand while responding to a customer’s email with the other. It’s not a requirement, but we’ll be very impressed if you can do both with your hands behind your back!
• You will make it your life’s mission to work towards achieving your individual as well as team goals and KPIs.
